Q: How do I handle my print?
A: Hold the absolute edges of the print or use gloves. The ink surface is fragile and should be kept free from unnecessary contaminants to keep its utmost archival integrity.
Q: How long will the artwork last?
A: The artwork will last for more than 50 years if it is well maintained.
Q: My parcel/prints/order was damaged in transit, what can I do?
A: Simply send us a photo of the damaged prints and parcel and your order number and I will get it reprinted and sent immediately.
Q: Do you ship outside Australia?
A: For international Shipping, prints up to A2 size, if you would like larger prints overseas quotation will be required for shipment outside of Australia.
Q: Is all artwork done by you?
Yes, all artwork available to purchase on my site is done by me.
Q: Do you sell original pieces?
A: Original pieces are usually not sold, but for the right price, I'm sure we can work something out.
